Returns & Exchanges Policy
You may return your order within 30 days from your date of purchase for the refund of the sale price and tax of the purchase (shipping charges will not be refunded). Please note that non-defective returns must be returned in new and unused condition along with its original tag. Mail-in returns will be processed within 10 days of receipt. Please allow 5-7 days after delivery of return for return to process.
- Returns and exchanges will only be accepted on merchandise purchased at Jakesgoodnewport.com
- Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Regular Priced Christmas gifts have until Jan 30th.
- All Sale items purchased are final. No Returns allowed - exchanges for other sale merchandise can be arranged.
- Please have your email address and order number ready to initiate a return.
- We do not charge a return fee on any returns placed on our website.
- We will not charge restocking fees on any returns or exchanges of items that are sent back in original condition with tags.
- We do not cover return shipping for any regular returns or exchanges. All return shipping must be paid for by the customer. If you would like us to create a return label that we will subtract from the total of your refund, please email us at orders@jakesgoodnewport.com
- No additional charges will be added for exchanges.
- We do not offer store credit or gift cards at this time. All returns will result in either refund or exchange.
